Dawn, Tonya, Mary Lynne, and Barb have early childhood accumulated of 83 years of teamwork all at our center. That's remarkable!

After a combined total of 15 years as early child care professionals at our center Lori, Mellisa, Robin, and Andrea (missing from photo) are recognized as potential leaders in the field of Early Childhood Education.
Having a qualified staff requires us to continuously educate and train our Child Development Professionals. Currently, our Board of Directors provide funds for 12 staff members who are pursuing various degrees in Early Childhood Education.
These educators, in small learning teams, engage in solutions to continually improve our developmentally and age appropriate indoor and outdoor curriculi and learning environments.
Additionally, resources are provided for all staff who must yearly maintain 15 hours of in-service training as required by the Ohio Department of Education.
Over the years four of our staff have achieved Master degrees funded by our board.
Nurturing young children from 6 weeks of age and designing individual developmentally appropriate curriculi for all our children is the fundamental goal of our Professional Development Program.
